cockfight organizers organize cockfights during the harvest festival. The
hybrid birds are trained on a daily basis and specialists are hired to tie

fed with a highly nutritious diet
composing of pulses, dry-fruits, minced meat (kheema ) and boiled eggs and are
injected with hormones to make them more ferocious for the fights.
The cocks

scorecards, and prospective dashboards.
The concept of a control room for management.Imagine the setting for a large corporate organization where each manager is
able to access every bit of information about the entire organization down to even
smallest details in real time.
In
managing change , these control centers
can be highly effective in providing corrective action when needed without
delays while implementing change program. The tool enables initiating changes through timely actions.
This concept was developed in 1989 by Patrick
Georges, professor of management Solvay Business School, HEC Paris, College des
Ingénieurs and neurosurgery.
